Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile name and email.

Google Business Profile Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business locations, reviews, and review replies through the Google Business Profile API. We use OAuth 2.0 for authorization and store encrypted access and refresh tokens.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

AI-Generated Content: We process review text through AI models to generate reply drafts. Review content is sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide and maintain our service, generate AI-powered review reply drafts, publish approved replies to Google Maps on your behalf, send service-related communications, and improve our platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with AI service providers (to generate reply drafts, using only the review text), Google (to read reviews and publish replies via their API), and service providers necessary to operate our platform (hosting, analytics).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All data transmission uses TLS/HTTPS encryption. We follow the principle of least privilege for data access.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Replora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google data necessary to provide our review management service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

8. Your Rights
