Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Replora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Replora is a web-based platform that helps businesses manage and respond to Google Maps reviews. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft replies to customer reviews, which users can review, edit, and publish to Google Maps.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Google Business Profile Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize Replora to access your Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0. You represent that you have the authority (Owner or Manager access) to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or through Replora's settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Replora generates draft replies using AI technology. These drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Replora does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any content published through the Service to your Google Business Profile.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish false, misleading, or defamatory content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service, or violate Google's terms of service or review policies.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Replora. AI-generated reply drafts are provided for your use and become your content once published. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Replora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google regarding your Business Profile.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
